EXPERIENCE
Sigita Klimkiene has accumulated almost 15 years of experience in legal work and currently specializes in construction and real estate law.
Before joining the team of the Law Firm AVERUS, Sigita worked for several years in the State Enterprise Klaipeda State Seaport Authority and was responsible for the legal supervision of the implementation of the construction projects of port infrastructure objects. Sigita has accumulated valuable experience in resolving disputes between clients and contractors, and also has experience in successful representation in courts. She has provided legal advice to designers and real estate developers on various legal issues, including representation in court disputes, as well as disputes with state authorities regarding building permit issuance procedures.
Sigita also advises on public procurement law issues, both in the execution of public procurement procedures and in solving issues related to the conclusion and further execution of public procurement contracts.
