EXPERIENCE

Rūta has been practising law since 2018 and joined the AVERUS Law Firm in 2026. Since 2021, she has also been a certified mediator, helping parties resolve disputes efficiently and constructively through amicable settlement.

Before joining AVERUS, Rūta spent seven years working at another law firm. At the beginning of her legal career, she gained valuable experience at the Klaipėda Regional Court and the Fisheries Service under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania.

Rūta advises clients and represents them before pre-trial institutions and courts. She has extensive experience in disputes relating to real estate, construction, land and transport law, as well as debt recovery, insolvency, consumer protection, and personal data protection.

Her experience gained within the court system, private legal practice, and mediation enables Rūta to assess clients' situations from multiple perspectives, identify potential risks, and develop the most effective legal solutions. She is committed not only to providing strong representation in negotiations and court proceedings, but also to helping clients achieve practical, long-term solutions that create lasting value.
