EXPERIENCE

Mantas Juška is an expert in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with more than 15 years of legal experience. For the past twelve years, he has been advising local and international clients on complex transactions and corporate governance matters.

He specialises in M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, advising strategic investors and funds on corporate restructuring, shareholders’ agreements, financing structures and security arrangements.

Mantas has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, handling complex documentation and coordinating multi-jurisdictional projects. His practice covers the full transaction lifecycle – from structuring and negotiations to closing and post-closing integration.

Before joining AVERUS, Mantas spent more than 12 years working at other leading Baltic law firms, where he represented clients on some of the largest transactions in the region. He has also worked in the financial sector and in an international professional services firm, gaining valuable experience in financing, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Mantas is known for his unconventional thinking and strives to find tailored, client-focused solutions for each transaction.

Mantas holds a Master of Laws from Vilnius University and has also studied in Iceland under the ERASMUS programme.
