We consult on retail and wholesale trade matters, on organisation of production, labelling of goods, certification of products, protection of consumer rights and advertising issues; draft purchase and sale, commercial representation and agency, commission, distribution, franchise and other agreements.

We offer representation of clients before public authorities in obtaining licences for trade in special categories of goods and other activities, and on behalf of our clients we file appeals against any resolutions passed by such authorities and represent interests of our clients at court.
