We advise on issues related to real estate lease and loan for use, prepare documents for transactions establishing encumbrances of real estate, including mortgage, servitude, usufruct, lien, and long-term lease, represent clients in negotiations, provide analysis of situations and offer best solutions.

We also consult on issues of territorial planning, represent client interests in relations with architects, land surveyors, and public authorities in the process of territorial planning, draft and assess contracts, agreements and other documents relevant in the process of territorial planning.

We draft design, construction contracting, construction technical supervision agreements, represent clients in relations with the state and municipal institutions issuing permits for real estate operations and construction works, prepare documents for all types of transactions, arrange for signing of contracts, represent clients in registration of real estate and property rights with the public register.
